Is Vapor Wave Dead?

Vaporwave is this recent genre of music that incorporates a more mixed and chopped up music style that borrows from older tracks and are ussualy slowed down or sped up, but is the genre really as bad as the music experts say it is? Well it can't be since many years even before the genre was created many artist borrowed or sampled from older works and incoporated it into their music, so it can't be dead nor bad....
